Etiquette / Policies
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.
*Please notify the spa coordinator of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICIES AND FEES
Your spa treatment times are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who fail to cancel more than TWO hours prior to their appointment time OR miss their appointments without giving any prior notification ("no-call, no-show") will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and therefore have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time as we keep a waitlist. Additionally, at times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
Please notify spa staff at time of booking of any health or pregnancy related issues, including but not limited to: allergies, diabetes, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, prescribed or non-prescribed medications, or any ailment or disability. Heavenly Foot Massage reserves the right to decline treatment if there is a concern for risk.
CHECK-IN / APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL / LATE ARRIVAL
We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time for your first visit with us. This gives you a few minutes to check in at the reception desk, use the restroom, and fill out the appropriate questionnaire according to what services you are receiving. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, as time allows. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the appointments of other guests scheduled after you. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. Come early, stay late, bring a book, relax and enjoy a complimentary cup of fruit infused water available in our spa. Couples and spa parties are more than welcome to bring wine and we will provide the glasses.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
No outside food is allowed to be brought into the spa. However if you would like to bring a bottle of wine we will provide the glasses.
WHAT TO WEAR
Anything that is comfortable and loose fitting, especially for the legs. For you to receive the full spectrum of our services, we do not recommend very tight jeans or anything that you cannot pull over your knees.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Heavenly Foot Massage is not responsible for lost damaged or misplaced items such as jewelry, clothing, accessories, etc. It is recommended that personal items or possessions remain safely at home or confined to safe areas outside the boundaries of Heavenly Foot Massage.
Out of consideration for our guests, we kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to silent or vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa.
Please notify us of any discomfort or preferences regarding room temperature, music volume or massage pressure during your spa experience.
A parent or legal guardian is required to accompany minors under the age of 18. A release/waiver form signed by the parent or guardian may be considered with proof of identity. Proper attire and behavior is required at all times.
We want all of our guests, including YOU, to be able to enjoy a tranquil experience at Heavenly Foot Massage. In order to ensure this, we ask that you please avoid bringing children with you to your spa appointments. While your appointment may be in a private room, someone in an adjacent room may be enjoying a relaxing massage. So please plan accordingly for childcare during your service. Additionally, we work with sharp instruments and chemical solutions, and would not want to see any children harmed.
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. For excellent service, you may tip your therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash or credit card. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated by our service providers.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
GIFT CERTIFICATE/CARD POLICY
Gift Cards are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa. Out of town? Too busy? No problem. We will be happy to mail or e-mail your gift certificate to you! Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift cards. Gift cards are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and cannot be redeemed as cash. Spa gift cards may not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards are valid for ONE CALENDAR YEAR. Our gift card policy is printed on the back of all gift cards for your reference.
We make it our mission to provide you with the highest quality skin and body care products with your services at Heavenly Foot Massage. In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective or the result of use to be undesirable, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds. All sales on our products are final.
